Filing a notice

If you believe content on Carmel Lane infringes your copyright, submit a notice to dmca@carmellaneventures.com containing:

What we do on receipt

Valid notices are processed within 48 business hours. We remove or disable access to the disputed content, notify the bot owner, and provide them an opportunity to file a counter-notice.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@carmellaneventures.com containing:

  1. Your signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed in error.
  4. Your contact information.
  5. A statement consenting to U.S. federal jurisdiction in Lehigh County, PA.

Repeat infringers

Accounts subject to multiple verified DMCA notices in a 12-month period may be terminated.

Fraudulent notices

You may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, if you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing. We refer abusive filers to counsel.
